When will I receive my order?

Aurora Boutique offers delivery to any part of South Africa free of charge with The Courier Guy. 

Delivery is typically fulfilled within 2-5 working days from the date of placing your order. If you would like to track your order, please use this link to The Courier Guy's website and enter the tracking code that was sent to you in the Order Confirmation email when you placed your order.

Which payment options do you accept?

We use PayFast for processing payments. This allows us to accept the wide variety of payment methods listed below.

I didn't receive an Order Confirmation email, what do I do?

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes. Please select collection as your delivery option when checking out. Collections can be made at our store. You will receive an email confirming the collection when we have your order ready for you. This will be on the same day that you place your order.
